We all have heard that if you follow a rainbow to its end, you will find a “Pot of Gold”. Often in our lives we chase this idea of finding our “pot of gold” at the end of some imagined path outside of ourselves.

During this weekend retreat, we will look at the symbolism of following a rainbow. Each color will represent a different modality for exploring our inner world.  We will explore inward paths like meditation, sound healing, yoga and more. Discovering in the end that the true pot of gold is within us, it is our highest selves.

Also available during this weekend…
Take a Kayak for a peaceful drift on Pinewood Lake.
Treat yourself to a massage; full body or only shoulders, maybe just neck and head. YOU decide.
Want some guidance - have a Tarot or Angel Card reading.
Visit the sights of Historic downtown Plymouth.

Workshops Offered
Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. It is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight.

Breathing Basics Enjoy better health by learning to breathe more fully and deeply. Discover your habitual breathing patterns and how proper breathing can help to manage stress and pain. Breathing poorly robs you of your energy and your life. This program will help you get it back!

Sound Healing In this workshop you’ll reconnect with the power of your own sounding and experience for yourself the effect various techniques of sound healing, including mantra and free toning, have on you. You’ll learn pattern-changing practices you can use anywhere as well as how to set up healing sound circles.

Drum Circle Drumming helps reconnect us to our core, enhancing our sense of empowerment and stimulating our creative expression. It provides a means of exploring and developing the inner self.
It serves as a vehicle for personal transformation, consciousness expansion, and community building. Plus, it’s FUN!
